Currently, I live in the gorgeous Puget Sound area - where the mountains are often "out" and the coffee is delicious. Since July, I've been contract working on seattle's waterfront as a marketing admin and content creator for a non-profit.
Personally, I create mindful content that reflects my journey through motherhood, exploration, yoga, and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My focus is on the art of slow living and sharing authentic moments with those who choose to follow along.
I’ve always been drawn to challenges and growth – whether that’s through hiking, adventure, skydiving, yoga, or simply finding balance. I earned my RYT-200 certification from a downtown Seattle yoga studio in 2019 and have experienced the thrill of skydiving three times, in Washington, Oregon, and Florida.
I believe life is worth fully embracing, both in big and small ways. In today’s world, we’re fortunate to share our unique experiences and connect with others through stories. This passion for connection sparked my love for storytelling, filming, and editing, skills that I continue to develop and use to bring creativity and meaning to every project.

Content that naturally grows your social profiles through strategic planning, engaging visuals or captions, and relaying on free optimization methods for higher visibility. This is what I specialize in creating.
